Our values
We believe in the values of liberal democracy and we are concretely committed to the implementation of the principles of free economic initiative in relations between businesses and between businesses and institutions. We are convinced that productivity and profitability are combined by law with the social utility of business activity. We believe that economic growth must be reconciled with people's well-being and that the development of supply cannot ignore a corresponding increase in demand for consumption and services, accessible and worthy of protection. So that the protection of the company is the protection of the civil and social system.
This is the aim we pursue, in dialogue with the institutions of the sector and with the Judicial Authority, for the purposes of exercising the right-duty of defence, thus representing the merits and credibility of the modern legal profession in the context of jurisdictions and in internal and international relations.
